What We Collect

When you register, we collect:

• Email address
• Phone number
• Hashed password (SHA-256, not stored in plain text)
• Machine fingerprint (System UUID) for license enforcement

What We Do NOT Collect

• No project data — all your construction project data stays on your local machine
• No usage analytics or tracking cookies
• No location data
• No payment information (we do not process payments)

How We Use Your Data

Your email, phone, and hashed password are used solely for authentication and license management. The machine fingerprint is used to prevent account sharing beyond the trial/license terms.

Where Your Data Is Stored

Authentication data is stored on Cloudflare Workers (D1 database) in the EU region. Project financial data never leaves your computer.

Data Retention

Your account data is retained until you request deletion. Session tokens expire after 30 days of inactivity. You can request account deletion by emailing the admin.

Third-Party Services

We use Cloudflare Workers for authentication and license verification. No other third-party services have access to your data.
